COOKING INGREDIENTS

1.Crab/鮮蟹                  250gms/克
2. Onion cubes/洋葱块     75gms/克
3. Green or red capsicum/青椒或红辣椒   60gms/克
4. Coriander leaves/芫茜叶                  3 springs/枝
5. Sea food paste/咖喱海鲜酱       2 teaspoon/ 茶匙
6. Refined oil/精制油         100ml/毫升
7. Egg white/蛋白                 1No./个
8. Corn flour/粟米粉      1 teaspoon/茶匙
9.SaIt/盐                 to taste/适量
10. coconut milk( canned)/椰桨(罐装)     200ml/毫升
11. Garlic/蒜蓉              4pods/颗




COOKING DIRECTION烹饪方法: 

1)将鲜蟹洗干净后,与粟米粉、蛋白和一点盐拌匀后放在边数分钟。

2)将锅里的油加热并将腌制过的鲜蟹炸至半成熟,然后捞起放一边,把蒜蓉放入原来的油中炸后捞起
放一边。

3)将容器中多余的油倒掉,仅留3勺用于做鲜蟹
咖喱。

4).将油加热,并将洋葱放入油中炸至金黄色,放入辣椒并搅拌一会。

5)加入咖喱海鲜酱,搅拌一下后加入海鲜及椰浆,盖上容器直至将咖喱海鲜酱煮开。最后加入炸
过的蒜蓉和芫茜叶,便可以趁热食用。

2). Heat the oil and fry the marinated crab in medium heat, keep aside. In the same o try the gartic
and keep aside
3). Remove the excess of oil from vessel, use about only three tablespoon of oil for the crab curry
4). Heat the oil fry the onion till golden brown color then add
5). Add sea food paste, toss little and then add the crab and the coconut milk. Cover the vessel till
the crab is semi cooked, finally add fried garlic, coriander leaves and serve hot.
